Hey there,
I am Anna. You might know me as a primary teacher, a coach, or perhaps a mum, or you might have just stumbled across this website by accident. Either way, I’m glad you’re here.
For more than a decade, I’ve been fortunate to live out my passion as a teacher, serving in both the public and independent sectors across England. My most recent experience includes 8 enriching years at the Stephen Perse Foundation, Cambridge , a role that has greatly enhanced my understanding of education, child development and family dynamics.
Throughout this journey, it’s become clear that partnering with parents is as essential as engaging with children. Let’s face it, as parents we’re constantly multi-tasking — trying to balance careers, family, relationships, and parenting. When a challenge arises, the temptation is to seek out a quick fix (I have done it myself), but often the advice that you find feels generic, a one-size-fits-all approach that often doesn’t work. It’s good to know theory but tools are what we parents need. We all encounter the same parenting struggles, even when it feels like we’re the only ones.
Drawing upon my experience as a teacher, a coach and a mother, I founded Play Uninterrupted to bridge this gap. The resources you’ll find here encapsulate my professional experience to give you specific tools and techniques to support you on your parenting journey. If you are searching for personalised strategies for the unique challenges that come after having a child, look no further!
My coaching ethos centres around a family-focused, attachment-based approach. I’ve devoted my life to not only fostering resilient children but also to equipping parents with actionable insights and tools. Whether you’re navigating within the confines of your home or out in the world, I am here for you.
